For groups needing multiple rooms, we offer Group Room Blocks.  This holds any number of rooms, you determine, on the day/dates of your event.  The blocks are in place until 4 OR 6 weeks prior to the event.  The release dates vary depending on the season.  If your guests have not called or emailed their reservations before that date, we release the remaining rooms to the general public.

To make a reservation in a Group Room Block -
 Any member of your group simply needs to call or email us with the name of your event (such as Smith/Meier Wedding June 2012).
